This week I was re-introduced to the development and uses of creating a website through HTML. Here, it was more of telling me the basics of coding in HTML such as the layout, hierarchy, the tags and their purpose within coding.
The things I learnt in particular was the code to create quotation blocks which in my opinion was very interesting. I can also see me using this code a lot for my future project also.

Another code I learned this week was creating a content link to each heading within the page. I really enjoyed this as a feature and think its incredibly useful feature to include within my future projects, especially considering a lot of real websites I use don't have this but could widely benefit from this feature.

when it comes to the class exercise there were a decent amount of things I learned how to do that will have a pretty large impact on me and my future projects in the future. Starting with getting set up. I first learned how to get access to coding using HTML and next week CSS. I learned to install two operate apps that I will be using ; ‘Git Hub’ and ‘Visual Code.’

My next step was to create a HTML document and following the tutorial provided by the lecturer would create a HTML script with a good portion of code I was already aware of and th others I learnt about earlier on. The create script would then be used next week for creating the CSS page to help reorganise a boring code into a nice looking layout and page.
I do plan on using everything I learnt this week through HTML in the future wether its creating a fully functional website or just one page, as coming back to using code I may have used in this exercise will be extremely helpful.
I have always struggled with keeping up with coding and HTML so having learnt this week and taking part in the exercise will be useful in the future as I could use it as a future template or even just to look back on for references.
