This was the final class of the year ! Not much was spent learning but instead receiving feedback on our currently developing dashboard prototypes. It was very interesting, getting to see where my classmates currently stood within their dashboard designs, which sort of gave me a sense of relief knowing I wasn't behind.
I was one of the last couple of students that got to show off their dashboard. It was displayed on the classes board to show off to the class, as well as the tutor in which I could show off what my dashboard has to offer/ feature, as well as hopefully getting useful feedback.
Overall, through the class my tutor was pretty upfront about my classmates designs, by the time it got to me there wasn't too much to talk about as he really liked my design as a whole. He talked about a couple of things that may not work/ necessary such as the graph of my plane chart.
This was the old design for the chart. At first my tutor understood what it was representing but wasn't really a fan of the actual design, but couldn't put his finger on it. Eva, a classmate recommended taking away the background lines as they didn't feel necessary and sort of made the content feel. ‘Claustrophobic’.
The next thing my tutor asked about was if it was actually necessary to have this chart in the first place. I did defend myself and my choice to include it as having data in my chart necessary or not is always useful, depending on the way it could be displayed.,

My other piece of feedback wasn't too crazy but more of a cosmetic form of feedback. On one of my main dashboard pages included a feature that recorded, my travel buddies, who we flew with along with other data. My tutor really liked this implemented feature to my dashboard but thought it would be a much better idea to redesign the block as if it were an easy jet boarding pass.
I really liked this idea and decided to keep it mind until my feedback was finished. Aside from that my tutor really liked my overall design, layout and its features, with just minor issues. Through the week I began redesigning what I thought was necessary and I think it all came out pretty well.

Finally, for the end of class, it was spent talking about our submissions, what is to be expected and when they will be due. Aside from that out tasks were to simply fill out my notion the best to our ability as well as finishing up both the Music app and dashboard Prototypes.
