First thing I needed to do was have a look at the digital product of my choice. I was originally, going to give myself a start to finish task but considering that just about all the buttons on the student portal leads to an external website that sort of limits me.
However, that doesn’t mean I haven’t found any issues. Starting with the home page, I could already tell what was causing issues and design flaws fairly fast. Following this, I picked out other pages through the site, and dropped them into Miro. Doing this would help me highlight each issue, as well as leaving a sticky note that explains the issue at hand.
I also decided to name each page, while separated to help distinguish and label them within the evaluation form.
